Due to the intimate nature of our underwear and swimwear products, we’re unable to accept change of mind returns for these products, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues. For this reason, please consider these purchases as final.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement. Please send us a description and photo of the issue as this will assist us to expedite the process. Products that have been worn or washed will be replaced at our discretion.
If you change your mind or chose the wrong size for non-intimate apparel we’ll give you one free exchange – just send us your old products and we’ll ship your new ones out free of charge when we receive them.
To speed things up you can purchase your replacement product now as a new order, and send the old ones back to us later for a refund. There are no restocking fees if you choose this option.
Refunds for change of mind incur a restocking fee of $3.00 per item.
